Father Ted Nelson is a retired Episcopal priest. He earned his master's degree in marriage and family counseling from Southern Methodist University in 1969. He has been married to Lee Ann for fifty years and they are great grandparents. He served in the armed forces in World War II, the Pacific Theatre, and in Korea. He was Director of Marketing and Sales for Wolf Brand Chili Company before entering Virginia Theological Seminary at age 35. He brings his varied experiences to his counseling.
